SIPs are a composite material utilising incredibly dense PU insulation, bonded to OSB3, creating a rigid superstructure. This replaces the block and insulation of traditional methods, combining it into one unified component. We use around 70% less timber than timber frame and provide a consistent thermal envelope around the building, due to the controlled factory process. This can be combined with an MVHR system to get fresh, filtered air to your home whilst maintaining thermal regulation, allowing a consistent environment throughout the year.

Due to the precision, prefabricated nature of SIPs, time on site is drastically reduced. The average 3 bedroom house can be installed in under 3 weeks, with total build time cut by up to 4 months.
