Point1 Building Systems Ltd – Building Better Homes for the Future
Discover the future of high-performance home building with Point1 Building Systems.
Point1 Building Systems Ltd is a national supplier and installer of high-performance self-build homes, specialising in Structural Insulated Panel Systems (SIPS). As an experienced Kingspan TEK® Delivery Partner, we provide innovative building solutions, technical expertise and bespoke support for self-builders, architects and developers looking to create energy-efficient, beautiful homes.
With the introduction of the Future Homes Standard in England from 24 March 2027, the way we build new homes is changing. The focus is firmly on reducing carbon emissions, improving energy efficiency and creating homes that are more comfortable and economical to run. At Point1, we believe the answer starts with a fabric-first approach – putting the building's insulation, airtightness and thermal performance at the heart of the design.
The Kingspan TEK® SIPs building system offers an intelligent solution for meeting these evolving demands. By combining structural strength and high-performance insulation within precision-manufactured panels, TEK helps create a highly insulated, airtight building envelope that reduces heat loss and supports the energy performance targets of the Future Homes Standard. Its slim wall construction can also maximise valuable internal floor space, while off-site manufacture offers a faster, more efficient route to a weather-tight home.
We are passionate about creating exceptional homes using quality materials, precision manufacturing and skilled workmanship from initial design through to completion. Whether you're planning your dream self-build, a bespoke extension or a residential development, our team can help you explore the right building system for your project.
As Director Garry Dyke explains: “Our commitment is to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the high-performance buildings we supply and the service and support we provide at every stage of the journey.”
Come and meet the Point1 team at the Homebuilding & Renovating Show South West and discover how Kingspan TEK® SIPs can help bring your dream home to life – with a building fabric designed for the future.
