An experienced property developer with a love for historic buildings and conversion projects, having managed the whole range from bespoke new build through to pub, barn and church conversions.
As co-director of multi award-winning UK Pro Build Ltd, Charles is primarily the "man in the office" coordinating the various professionals, paperwork and supplies the projects require but with the appropriate skills to understand the practical application of specified materials.
While bespoke new build homes are the primary function of the firm currently, Charles' passion is in bringing historic buildings back into use, saving them from falling into ruin with a blend of modern energy efficient progress and traditional techniques.
