Tim is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in construction, across the commercial and residential sectors. He runs his own QS company, Quantiv.  He has worked on many varied projects in this time, for corporates, public bodies and private clients, managing multi-million budgets. Tim also has extensive experience of undertaking his own full-scale house renovations.
